Privacy Policy

Everything you store, process and produce inside an instance — code, datasets, model weights, generated images and text, logs — is not read, copied, analysed, backed up or used by us for any purpose.

What we can see is instance metadata: whether it is running or stopped, how much disk it occupies, how much traffic it generated. That is what billing requires, and it says nothing about the contents.

When an instance is destroyed the disk is released and the contents cannot be recovered. That is a privacy guarantee, and it is equally a reason you must back up anything important yourself.

Account information: email address, password (stored as an irreversible hash), language preference, and any profile details you choose to provide.

Transaction information: top-ups, usage records, balance changes, instance orders and itemised billing. Sensitive payment details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers or wallet private keys.

Usage information: sign-in times and source IP addresses, instance creation and destruction records, and operation logs. These support security auditing and troubleshooting.

Technical information: browser type, device type and pages visited, used to improve the product and for aggregate analytics.

To provide the service: without account information we cannot provision instances, and without usage data we cannot bill.

For security: sign-in records and operation logs let us identify unauthorised access, investigate anomalies and handle abuse.

For necessary communication: low-balance warnings, instance status changes and service notices are delivered by email. These are operationally necessary and cannot be unsubscribed from individually; purely promotional email can be unsubscribed at any time.

For legal compliance: retaining transaction records where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Delivering the service requires passing some information to necessary providers: the payment gateway for top-ups, the email provider for notifications, and the infrastructure suppliers who provide the underlying compute. What is passed is limited to what the service requires — instance specification and running state, for example — and never includes your account credentials.

We may disclose information to competent authorities where required by law, or where necessary to protect our legitimate interests or those of our users.

Account information is retained while the account exists. After closure we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except transaction records we are legally required to keep.

Instance runtime and billing records are held in the accounting system for reconciliation and dispute handling.

Instance disk contents are released when the instance is destroyed and are not retained anywhere.

The site uses necessary cookies to maintain your session and language preference.

We use website analytics to understand traffic and improve the product. You can refuse analytics cookies through your browser settings or the relevant opt-out mechanism without affecting normal use of the service.

You can access and correct the personal information in your account; most of it is editable in account settings.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information, except records we are legally required to retain.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact page. We may need to verify your identity first to protect your account.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage and access controls.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and do not reuse it elsewhere.

If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Our compute nodes are distributed across many countries and regions. When you choose an instance region, you are choosing where that data physically resides.

Account and billing data may be stored where our operating entity or its providers are located. Using the service means you understand and accept this cross-border processing.

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that such information has been collected without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.

This policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and the "last updated" date on this page will change.
